Small Group Classes
Engage in focused, small group sessions designed to provide individual attention while fostering a supportive community. Options available for up to 3 or 5 participants for all modalities, including mat, reformer, tower, chair, and mixed equipment.
Our group sessions offer an intimate, supportive environment for a maximum of 5 participants. This small class size ensures that you receive individualized attention while still enjoying the energy of a group class.
